1. What Is the Tent Actually For?
A wedding reception, a corporate product launch, and a factory-floor storage canopy all place very different demands on a structure. Guest comfort and aesthetics matter more for the former; wind load and durability matter more for the latter. Telling us the real purpose early lets us fabricate the right frame gauge, fabric weight, and finish from day one instead of retrofitting later.
2. Site Conditions Change the Design
Ground type, drainage, nearby structures, and even prevailing wind direction all influence how a tent should be anchored and shaped. A site visit or detailed photos before fabrication begins can save significant cost and time on installation day.
3. Size Is Not Just About Guest Count
It's tempting to size a tent purely by headcount, but seating layout, a stage or dance floor, catering stations, and walkway space all eat into usable area. We typically recommend planning 20-30% more floor space than a simple per-guest calculation suggests.
4. Branding and Finish Options Exist
Custom fabrication means the canopy lining, wall panels, and even structural color can be adjusted to match a brand palette or event theme. This is decided at the fabrication stage, not after - so raise it early if visual branding matters for your event.
